Speaking from personal experience. The only reason I could see why the age 13+ game is rated as such was due to mentions of death (from old age) and pregnancy. The 7+ one involves fighting, poisoning, plots and war, has complicated rules dependent on different situations, and is basically a D&D game distilled into board game format complete with requiring several sessions to play though the storyline. It’s a cool game, I just think that the rating system seems a bit . . . random. Or possibly based on oblique references to sex.
